TULLOW DAY CARE CENTRE GETS VOLUNTARY HELPER FROM NEW ZEALAND.

Lynda and Russell Meads from New Zealand came to Tullow in December. Russell was doing Locum for Dr. Aidan Kehoe for three months.
Lynda who is a registered nurse came as a volunteer to our Centre. She helped out with the many needs of our elderly and also ran our 'good as new shop' while Lyla, our other volunteer, was hospitalized.
Lynda was also very good at sewing and made many cushion covers and did alterations on garments purchased.
All too soon their term in Tullow was up and they are now back in New Zealand where we wish them every happiness and hope that maybe sometime in the not too distant future they will visit us again.
